Who we are...
Widowed South Africa is an unconditional and all round support network for all widowed people and their children regardless of age, colour or creed and offers spiritual, financial, emotional and practical support to those who have lost a spouse.
Vision
To destigmatize the role of the widowed in society and actively involve the community to serve across cultures to bless the widowed and their children, especially the widowed who were left financially destitute after the death of their spouses.
Mission
To facilitate a transformation of love and compassion in people's hearts, through actively involving them in the healing process of the widowed and their children.
Objectives
1.Provide unconditional love and support.
2. Develop an awareness in society about the widowed and the right kind of support they need.
3. Empower the widowed to move on as well as acquire the life skills needed to heal and take care of themselves and their children in the form of training for the workplace, psychlogical help and motivation as well as spiritual support.
